Distinctive interiors for boutique hotels, restaurants, and resorts — delivered on budget, and on time.
Studio Emanuel is a full-service interior design and procurement studio. From first concept to final install, one team carries your property the whole way — protecting the creative vision through sourcing, budgets, and timelines, so the finished space is exactly what you were promised.
Most projects pass through a designer and a separate procurement vendor, and something is lost in the handoff. We hold both.

It’s not only about the colors — it’s about energy. Eighteen years later, we’re still building together.Juan Chipoco · Founder, Ceviche 105

“We started with a tiny restaurant in downtown Miami and a very small budget, connected by the same passion and ambition. Antoinette believed in my talent, and I believed in hers. I move fast and I set tough deadlines — Antoinette works in that fast pace and still creates like an artist. It comes down to belief: trust, taste, and chemistry — then you can walk together toward a successful place.”
“A seamless, end-to-end solution — one team handling both design and procurement, consistent from concept through execution.”
“We needed a design partner who could bring our vision to life across our F&B outlets and make each brand feel authentic, memorable, and timeless. Their biggest value was problem-solving within an existing space: practical, creative solutions that kept the vision intact while respecting timeline and budget. It felt like a true partnership.”
Anette Mullings · General Manager, Windsong Resort, Turks & Caicos
“One of a kind in the area — and four years later, our volume is still growing.”
“We wanted to bring the Miami vibe to Walnut Creek, and Antoinette delivered. From the design drawings through finding the right people to execute, the whole process was made easy.”
David Abughaben · Owner, Lita, Walnut Creek CA“Antoinette delivers the WOW effect in every design — we’ll hire them for every future project without hesitation.”
“We wanted a concept that was beautiful and unique — and within budget. The team was always available and willing to resolve any issue, and we met all our goals thanks to their work.”

FF&E specified and procured by the same team that designed it — vendors, custom fabrication, lead times, and budget, held.
Coordinated delivery and installation, on schedule — so the room matches the rendering, and the doors open on time.
Hola — I’m Antoinette, an interior designer based in Miami and specialized in restaurants. I’ve directed projects across North America, South America, and Europe — but my roots are here, in a deep understanding of the local culture and Miami’s sexy style. We call it el sabor de Miami.
Miami is a major player in the hospitality scene, and I can recreate that sexy-chic ambiance anywhere. The space itself has a lot to say — my job is to listen to it, and let it lead the design.
If you’re looking to create a one-of-a-kind restaurant that truly stands out in the Miami dining scene — or to bring the Miami flair to your project, wherever it is — me encantaría trabajar contigo.
I came to the States from Estonia as a teenager, with an entrepreneurial streak that never switched off. My background is real estate — from management to flipping and land banking — where I learned that a project is won or lost in the execution: the sourcing, the numbers, the schedule.
At Studio Emanuel I run procurement and delivery — vendors, lead times, and budgets — so the finished room matches the rendering, and the doors open on time.
I also carry a trained eye for camera work and lighting, which means every space we hand over is built to look as good in person as it does on film.

Bespoke pieces designed and made for the spaces we build — bar stools, banquettes, tables, and lighting drawn to fit a room rather than ordered from a catalogue. Soon available on their own.
Boutique hotel, restaurant, or resort — we’d love to hear what you’re building. We reply within a business day.
